EXOTHERMIC RISER SlEEVE
The insulation riser sleeve is made of refractory aluminum silicate ceramic fiber; it is suitable for low-pressure casting of aluminum alloy wheels or other similar objects. The riser sleeve is made of lightweight thermal insulation material, which has both thermal insulation and heating functions. Lightweight riser sleeves are used to effectively feed castings, which can delay solidification time and expand feeding capacity. The ceramic fiber riser sleeve is designed according to user requirements; we can manufacture various forms and specifications to meet the various needs of customers. The heat-releasing water-proof jacket has the function of heat preservation and heating.
