Ceramic riser tube is the core component of the low-pressure casting process, mainly used to smoothly transport molten metal from the holding furnace to the mold cavity. We mainly supply aluminum titanate (Al2TiO5) riser tubes and silicon nitride (Si3N4) riser tubes, which are specially designed for transporting aluminum alloy molten liquid, ensuring smooth filling and preventing oxide inclusions, thereby significantly improving casting yield.
Silicon nitride (Si3N4) riser tubes are a high-performance ceramic material riser tube designed for aluminum alloy casting environments. With its ultra-high temperature resistance, excellent thermal shock resistance, and extremely strong corrosion resistance, silicon nitride riser tubes perform well in high-end precision casting fields (such as automotive, aerospace components), which can significantly improve casting quality and reduce maintenance costs.

Working principle:
It is usually a vertically placed ceramic tube, one end of which is connected to the molten metal in the insulation furnace, and the other end leads to the mold pouring system. Under the pressure of compressed gas (usually inert gas), the molten metal rises along the riser and fills the mold through the gate. After the filling is completed, the pressure is released and the unsolidified molten metal flows back to the insulation furnace.
