Description:
Heat insulation riser sleeves is through the use of heat preservation material to reduce the heat loss of the molten metal in the riser, a long time to keep metal liquid in the liquid state and achieve an effective supplement of castings.
Through the chemical reaction of the heating material to generate heat, so as to raise the temperature of the metal liquid in the riser, prolong the time of solidification of the molten metal in the riser;
Effectiveness:
- Effectively solves casting shrinkage porosity, shrinkage cavity, and other defects.
- Significantly lower casting slag, porosity, and other defects.
- Effectively improve the casting rate of final products and economic benefit.

Application:
Insulating risers and exothermic risers can be widely used in large, super, and medium-sized production for cast steel, cast iron, and alloy casting.
User guide:
Pay attention to the following for the riser sleeve selection and application.
- After calculating the feeding casting modulus, select the corresponding type of riser sleeve, and make the effective modulus greater than the casting modulus.
- The riser usage can be used in embedded and inlaid methods. With the embedded method, the special riser mode must be installed on board.
- The blind riser top should be set with a vent hole to ensure the connection of the atmosphere.
Note:
- Riser sets should be stored in a cool dry place to prevent moisture absorption.
- Away from open flame.
- Pay attention to handling with care when package, handling, and transporting so as to prevent extrusion collision.
Packing :
Various riser sets must be thermal shrinkage sealed by plastic film, and then strictly packaged by carton or as to the user's requirements.
