It is a general term for a group of photocatalytic semiconductor materials represented by TiO2, including titanium dioxide (TiO2), zinc oxide (ZnO), tin dioxide (SnO2), zirconium dioxide (ZrO2), cadmium sulfide (CdS) and other oxide sulfide semiconductors.

Product working principle:

Alumina ceramic foam filter plates are mainly used in the purification process of aluminum and aluminum alloy production and are also applied to various gas-solid, and liquid-solid separation media, catalyst carriers, burners, and sound-absorbing environmental protection. It can effectively remove all kinds of fineness in the aluminum water to the micron-sized inclusions, make the aluminum water into a smooth laminar flow, which is beneficial to the punching type; it has excellent aluminum washability, tightly controlled hole size and through hole Rate, a stable filtration effect can be obtained; thereby improving casting quality, reducing casting rejection rate, extending service life and reducing casting cost.
Due to the good cross-linked macroporous structure and large specific surface area, alumina porous ceramic plates are used as photocatalyst supports for TiO2 catalysts. Their photocatalytic activity is characterized by the degradation of methyl blue under ultraviolet irradiation. The TiO2 coating prepared by the sol-gel method showed excellent adhesion to the substrate. When the solid content of the carrier reached 15wt%, the TiO2 coating showed the highest photocatalytic efficiency, which was 79.52%. In addition, the TiO2 film has almost the same photocatalytic activity as the titanium dioxide/water suspension.
