Fiberglass Mesh Filter

Fiberglass filter mesh is woven by high twist yarn with finishing, which is widely used for filtering and purging molten aluminum, ensuring the quality of automobile wheels, motorcycle wheels, cylinder pistons, and other aluminum alloy parts casting.
Compared to other kinds of the net for casting filters, the resistant-high-temperature fiberglass mesh for foundry is with a lower quotation, a higher ability of filtering residue, and lower gas arising, thus it is easy to use and could keep the element of metal steadily.

Purpose:

1. Get rid of the blister, oxide with dust, and other inclusions and harmful impurities to eliminate the gas eyes, and slag eyes to improve casting yield and the quality of appearance and the inner quality.
2. Improve the mechanical ability to cast after filtration, such as stiffness of casting, the surface, and strength of resisting bend.
