HONEYCOMB CERAMIC FILTER
Honeycomb ceramic filters are designed for the filtration of cast iron and nonferrous alloy. Extruded honeycomb ceramic filter is a very effective molten metal filter, which uses a straight-hole parallel to a straight-channel, the multi-pass design ensures the product of high strength and thermal shock performance, also the casting pouring time. The straight-hole design ensures the balance between flow rate and intensity, it removes impurities and residue particles and improves surface quality and mechanical performance of casting, also reduces the rejection rate of casting, raises the life span of the casting, and reduces casting cost.
Features:
- Made by a high-pressure production process, honeycomb ceramic filters have high strength.
- Effectively remove particles, and adsorb small inclusions.
- The accurate size ensures the matching precision of the filter and the mold. Especially suitable for the use of automatic production lines.
