Type 604 quick thermocouple for casting

604 type fast thermocouple is mainly composed of a temperature probe and large paper tube. The positive and negative wires of the temperature probe are welded to the compensation wires embedded in the bracket covered by the small paper tube. The hot wire is supported and protected by quartz. The temperature probe is covered with a lid to prevent scum. All components are placed at the end of the thermocouple and bonded together with refractory filler. Therefore, fast thermocouples can only be used once.

Instructions
1. According to the object and range of measurement, choose the appropriate protection of the length of the paper tube and the applicable temperature gun.
2. Mount the fast thermocouple on the temperature gun and measure.
3. The fast thermocouple is inserted into the molten iron. When measuring, do not measure the wall or the slag. Do: Fast, steady and accurate. When the meter gets the result, the gun should be taken immediately.
After the temperature gun is lifted from the furnace, remove the used thermocouple and install a new one

Transport and Storage
Be careful when assembling and removing the parts. Keep dry in the transportation process. The products should be put into cases and stored at warehouses where the relative humidity is less than 80%. Keep the air flowing. The air should not contain harmful gases which may corrode the products.
