Description :
The extruded Honeycomb ceramic filter is a fine filter with straight pore structure. Compared with the foam filter, it is more cost-effective. The ceramic honeycomb filter has basic filtering capacity and high heat capacity, so it has been widely used in small size and small thickness gray cast iron castings. The ceramic honeycomb filter can achieve the following effects: purify liquid metal, remove non-metallic impurities and gases; smooth liquid metal filling, reduce vortex; simplify the pouring system, improve process productivity; reduce pores, optimize refined metal structure; improve casting surface quality Mechanical properties; reduce the scrap rate of castings; reduce the machining allowance, increase the tool life and reduce the casting cost.
