Carbon cup for iron casting

Thermal analyzing carbon cup is mainly used to measure the content of carbon and silicon in white iron, gray iron, and ductile iron. It is fixed on the carbon cup and machine used with the molten iron analyzer in front of the furnace. Because it has the advantages of being fast, reasonable, reliable, and reduced, it is widely used in front of the furnace. Controlling the content of molten iron can predict the mechanical and logistics properties of molten iron and help adjust the composition in front of the furnace.

Principle of measurement:
The collection of temperature curves is conducted by the microprocessor. Contents of carbon and silicon and the quality of molten iron can be calculated by the crystallization process of molten iron.

Cup-CE without tellurium; is used for the "Carbon Equivalent" determination of cast iron.
Cup-C with tellurium reliable data for thermal analysis to read CE, C & Si of cast iron.
Cup-HC is specially used for the determination of the high carbon equivalent of cast iron / S.G. Iron.
