Honeycomb Ceramic Catalyst Substrate
Honeycomb ceramics as a carrier is the key part of three-way catalytic converters. One of the important materials is cordierite, which can withstand high temperatures, the highest continuous working temperature can reach 1200 degrees, high strength, low linear expansion coefficient. The carrier adopts an effective surface and appropriate pore structure. The ceramic carrier can have holes of 400-600 mesh/square inch and the minimum wall thickness can be up to about 0.16mm.
