The sampling spoon made of ceramic fiber for cast iron has significant advantages in sampling high-temperature molten iron or alloy liquid. Its ceramic fiber material has excellent high temperature resistance and can withstand direct contact with high-temperature alloy liquid or molten iron, avoiding the pollution or damage caused by high-temperature erosion of traditional steel sampling spoons. This material is also lightweight, easy to operate, and can be reused many times.
Structural Design
Anti-splash design: Some sampling spoons effectively block the splash of molten iron through the integrally formed retaining edge, bevel and side structure, improving the safety of operation.
