Fiberglass Mesh Filter has a high-temperature coating and is available in many sizes and shapes, including cups. It uses high-temperature-resistant glass fiber as raw material and is woven by a special process. It has the characteristics of low cost, convenient use, no change of casting metal elements, high slag filtering efficiency, low gas escape, high-temperature resistance, ablation resistance, good chemical stability, corrosion resistance, and molten metal corrosion resistance. Therefore, it is an ideal filter material for various metal melting and casting, and can also be used to filter chemically corrosive liquids and high-temperature gases.
In casting production, due to various reasons, cast iron parts, cast steel parts, cast copper parts, and cast aluminum parts are prone to defects such as slag holes, blisters, and pores. Therefore, removing the non-metallic inclusions in the molten metal, increasing the qualification rate of castings, and improving the quality of castings have important technical and economic value.
