VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) Catalyst is formed by the first carrier cordierite honeycomb ceramic, the second carrier Composite oxide rare earth coating materials, and Transition metal oxide. It is the new highly efficient catalyst for VOC waste gas.
VOC organic exhaust gas purifying catalyst could work with low ignition temperature, high conversion rate, the concentration of the exhaust emissions meet the design requirements; high compressive strength; excellent heat resistance and chemical stability; strong adhesion, uniform appearance color; low flow resistances.

Product Features

1. Wide application - It can be applied to industrial waste gas purification which mainly contains monoxide, hydrocarbon, and related oxide ramification.
2. Lower gas-flowing resistance, lower initiative temperature for reaction, high active function, wide range for airspeed. When the hydrocarbon concentration is within 500-900 mg/m3, the speed range is within 15000 -20000 h-1, and the initiative temperature for the reaction is within 200 -300 centigrade, it can achieve more than 98% purification efficiency.

The basic principle of organic waste gas purification treatment

VOC organic waste gas purification adopts by low-temperature catalytic combustion method, low-temperature catalytic combustion process is dealing with the organics in the end gas to be low temperature, highly active, and energy conservation and environment protection by the catalytic effect of catalyst to achieve the purpose of emission standard.

The reaction of catalytic combustion is a typical gas-solid catalytic reaction, its essence is at a specific temperature, organics will be adsorbed on the catalyst surface (VOCs) and catalyzed oxidation reaction with the oxygen in the air, completely oxidized into harmless CO₂and H₂O, and release the heat of reaction.
