Fiberglass Mesh Filter

The Cap-style High Silica Fiberglass Casting Filter Mesh is produced by heat resistance fiber in specific techniques and after-treatment. With features of lower cost, convenience to use, no impact on the element of metal casting, and good efficacy on filter residue, heat resistance, and flame resistance, this casting filter mesh is an ideal material for various liquid metals. It also can be used for filtering chemical corrosion liquid and High-temperature gas. Fiberglass mesh filters for molten aluminum filtration are specially designed and woven for the diffusion and filtration of aluminum. High twisted yarns control strand diameters and resist flattening or distortion under pressure from contact with molten metal. The integrity of the weave pattern is maintained by the use of phenolic resin, and by the use of leno construction in high density. The production facility is ISO 9001 approved and tests are run on each batch for loss on ignition, rigidity, and hole size.

The mesh sizes available are 0.8×0.8mm, 1.0×1.0mm, 1.2×1.2mm, 1.5×1.5mm, 2.0×2.0mm,2.5*2.5mm. The sheet dimensions are 400×450mm, 300×450mm, 300×150mm, and any other size is available as your request.
