Working Principle of the Graphite Rotor:

The rotating rotor breaks the nitrogen (or argon) gas blown into the aluminum melt into numerous dispersed bubbles, dispersing them in the metal liquid. Through gas pressure difference and surface adsorption principles in the molten metal, the bubbles absorb hydrogen and adsorb oxide and impurities. They are carried out of the melt surface as they rise, thereby purifying the melt.

Due to the fine dispersion of bubbles, they mix uniformly with the rotating melt and slowly spiral upward. This prolonged contact time with the melt prevents the formation of continuous straight-line ascending airflow, effectively removing harmful hydrogen from the aluminum melt and significantly enhancing the purification effect.
