Product Description

The oxygen probe is mainly used in the steelmaking process to measure the molten steel temperature and active oxygen concentration, including low oxygen concentration and related acid-soluble aluminum content. It can accurately obtain the active oxygen concentration and temperature value in molten steel within 6-8 seconds in cooperation with the oxygen analyzer.
The oxygen probe is a high-tech product of smelting detection technology. It plays an important guiding role in the quality process control of the smelting process. It is a must in the smelting process of major steel mills, and it is a one-time consumable. Each batch of molten steel must be measured many times by this product to complete the requirements required for steelmaking.

Function:
Oxygen probes can be used in the ladle, refining furnaces, and VD and RH stations. In the steelmaking process, oxygen probes can help operators quickly understand the concentration of reactive oxygen species, thereby reducing heating time, increasing production, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the quality of steel grades.

Application:
High oxygen probe: It can be used to determine oxygen and carbon at the end of the converter and electric furnace, and calculate the amount of aluminum added. By determining oxygen and carbon, the endpoint hit can be quickly determined to achieve the purpose of rapid tapping. The measurement response is fast.
Hypoxic probe: It can be used to determine oxygen in the refining furnace and calculate the amount of aluminum added. By controlling the oxygen content of molten steel in the refining furnace, the quality of molten steel can be improved, and the occurrence of production accidents such as subcutaneous bubbles and flocculation of steel can be reduced
