Honeycomb Catalyst Carrier for Gas Purification 

Honeycomb ceramics as a carrier is the key part of three-way catalytic converters. One of the important materials is cordierite, which can withstand high temperatures, the highest continuous working temperature can reach 1200 degrees, high strength, and a low linear expansion coefficient. The carrier adopts an effective surface and appropriate pore structure. The ceramic carrier can have holes of 400-600 mesh/square inch and the minimum wall thickness can be up to about 0.16mm

Basic principle and technological process of organic waste gas purification treatment
VOC organic waste gas purification adopts a low-temperature catalytic combustion method, low-temperature catalytic combustion process is dealing with the organics in the end gas to be low temperature, highly active, and energy conservation and environment protection through the catalytic effect of catalyst, to achieve the purpose of emission standard.
The reaction of catalytic combustion is a typical gas-solid catalytic reaction, its essence is at a specific temperature, organics will be adsorbed on the catalyst surface (VOCs) and catalyzed oxidation reaction with the oxygen in the air, completely oxidized into harmless CO₂and H₂O, and release the heat of reaction.
