The ceramic fiber automatic pouring ladle is a pouring tool specially developed for the modern aluminum casting process. It adopts innovative composite ceramic fiber materials to provide casting enterprises with accurate, efficient, and reliable metal liquid transfer solutions.
The pouring ladle has achieved ultra-low thermal conductivity while maintaining a density of 1600kg/m³ through a unique fiber structure design. The BN protective layer coated on the surface forms a non-stick aluminum surface, significantly reducing the adhesion of aluminum liquid.
