Ceramic fiber sampling spoon is used in molten liquid sampling for aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, and copper.
Our ceramic sampling spoons are made from an Aluminium Silicate material with high isolation properties. This is a completely inert material and does not cause any reaction with liquid metal used in different foundries. The high-temperature strength is excellent and it can be striking against high temperatures, The sampling scoop must be put on the top of the furnace for 3 minutes before spooning up the molten liquid. If the surface of the product is dirty with slag or scrap, do not scrape it with the iron, please immerse it into the molten liquid directly for cleaning.

The hot metal sampling spoon adopts vacuum suction forming technology and mold. Use amorphous ceramic fiber as the main material. The hot metal sampling spoon is specially used to take out the liquid metal from the furnace or the bag for laboratory analysis.
