Carbon Cup without tellurium is used for "Carbon Equivalent" determination of cast iron.It is one kind of consumable sensors, which is set on the holder assembly of CE meter. It is used for measuring CE of molten iron, AE of aluminium melt or carbon content of molten steel. The creteria for high-precision cup are : coincidence of heat content and heat conductivity, smaller heat inertness of sensor and high accuracy for temperature measurement from different lots of cup.
