Description :
Ceramic Honeycomb Filters slice mainly used for the melting of metal in metallurgy casting and foundry industry,  Ceramic Honeycomb Foundry filters are basically in round, square slice shapes. Also can be called Extruded Ceramic Filters or Molten Metal Cellular Filters. Extruded honeycomb ceramic filter is a very effective molten metal filter, which using a straight-hole parallel to straight-channel, multi-pass design ensures the product of high strength and thermal shock performance, also the casting pouring time. The straight-hole design ensures balance between flow rate and intensity, it remove impurities and residue particles, and improve surface quality and mechanical performance of casting, also reduce the rejection rate of casting, raise the life span of the casting and reduce casting cost.The filter slices capture particular slags and make mould filling more homogeneous and uniform, thus increasing purity of the cast metal and eliminating sand mixture erosion during casting.Extruded honeycomb ceramic filter is able to get rid of the metal impurity, refractory scrap, solid refractory alloy, sinter and molten metal liquid when casting products, reduce the air vent of castings, raise the casting quality, and reduce the cost. It has small resistance, high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and good thermal shock resistance and excellent filtering adsorption performance.

1.  Inside packing: Filters are put in small box and Layered packaging. There is cardboard between each layer.
2. Outside packing: Cartons&Pallets. Three layer corrugated cartons and export special pallets .
