Product Description

Honeycomb substrates are generally made of ceramic or metal materials. The surface of the substrate is coated with platinum precious metal, which has two functions:

1. Platinum metal can adsorb various automobile exhaust gases, including oxygen that is not involved in combustion. Oxygen is the core of the "catalytic oxidation" function of DOC and post-treatment components.

2. Platinum-based metals as catalysts can reduce the oxidation temperature of oxides.
