HONEYCOMB CERAMIC FILTER
Honeycomb ceramic filter is a fine strainer with straight hole structure, which provides a cost-efficient alternative to more effective ceramic foam filter. We can produce different sizes and shapes of extruded ceramic filters; they have better handling properties than ceramic foam filters.
Honeycomb ceramic filter is mainly used for the filtration of molten metal in the metallurgy and foundry industry, to purify metal liquid and reduce non-metal impurity and gas, make the metal liquid remain calm, and reduce the swirl. Simplify the pouring system and improve the production rate. Improve surface quality and mechanical performance of casting, reduce the rejection rate of casting, raise the life span of the casting, and reduce casting costs.
We can produce a series of filters with different shapes, sizes, wall thicknesses, hole types, and apertures. They are widely used in foundry industries of steel, iron, aluminum copper, etc.

Pore density: 100PCSI, 200PCSI, 300PCSI, etc.
Cell shape: Square, round, hexagon, triangle.
Available range of size: 25 mm to 200 mm.
Available range of thickness: 12 mm to 22mm or as per client's requirements.
Appearance shape: Round, square and rectangle
Material: Cordierite, mullite, corundum mullite, zircon mullite, zirconia-corundum, high aluminum, silicon carbide and etc.
Application: Grey iron, ductile iron and malleable iron, aluminum, aluminum alloy, copper, stainless steel, and so on.
