Disposable immersion molten steel sampler
The immersion sampler is used to collect samples of molten metal. We provide samplers in two shapes: oval and circular. The sampling probe adopts an advanced technology design, which can take samples safely, quickly, and directly, and reduce the total sampling and analysis time for the production of clean steel. The sampler is mainly used to quickly take out steel samples for spectral analysis; it has the characteristics of reasonable structure and convenient use. The immersion-type molten steel sampler can be divided into deoxidizer type and no deoxidizer type.
Application scope:
Our company's samplers have a wide range of applications for sampling from molten iron liquids that require or do not require deoxygenation.
Chemical components such as carbon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus, etc., as well as rapid analysis of gases such as hydrogen and oxygen.
Working principle:
When the sampler is inserted into the molten steel, under the action of static pressure, the molten steel breaks through the slag protective layer, passes through the inlet of the sampler, and automatically enters the sampling chamber. The alloying element content in the steel can then be analyzed by spectroscopic analysis.
