Product Description
The zirconia ceramic filter is made from high purity and high quality zirconia with unique formula and advanced environmental protection technology.Has high strength, not to drop slag, high refractoriness, strong thermal shock, uniform aperture, such characteristics as precise dimension, suitable for below 1700 ºC of cast copper pieces, stainless steel, carbon steel and other high temperature alloy liquid purification filter, can efficiently filter non-metallic particles as small as micron impurities such as fragments, slag, refractory materials, effectively improve the casting microstructure;Reduce the re-oxidation defects in castings;Improve the quality of the casting and reduce the wear on the mold;Simplify the casting system.

How To Use
1.The closer the placement to casting cavity,the smaller the chance of secondary oxidation.
2.The design of the gating system should be simpler.It's not necessary to consider other slag blocking measures,which can improve the utilization rate of the sand type and the process yield.
3.The working area of the filter should be 4-6 times of the flow resistance section of the gating system to ensure that the pouring speed is not affected.
4.Selecting the appropriate filter according to the type of casting alloy and the pouring temperature,and it should not be overheated.
5.Selecting appropriate aperture to filter.
6.Filter can not be used to control pouring speed.

1.  Inside packing: Filters are put in small box and Layered packaging. There is cardboard between each layer.
2. Outside packing: Cartons&Pallets. Three layer corrugated cartons and export special pallets .
3. The mark on cartons can be designed according to the customer's request.
