Fiberglass Mesh Filter

Silica mesh filter is also called refractory cloth filter. It is woven from high-silicon glass fiber yarn and coated with a special resin. Compared with other cast filter screens, cast glass fiber mesh has a lower price, higher slag filtering capacity, and less gas generation, so it is convenient to use and can maintain the stability of metal elements. Moreover, these products have good properties in terms of high-temperature resistance, flame retardancy, chemical stability, and steel strength. Therefore, this filter mesh cloth is an advantageous filter material for various metal water. It can also be used for chemical liquid and high-temperature gas filtration.

The high-silica glass fiber casting filter screen is treated with a high temperature-resistant coating to form a hard sheet. It is used to filter molten metal in gray cast iron, ductile iron, and other metals. These filters will effectively remove non-metallic elements in the melt, thereby improving the quality and output of castings. The filter has high strength, high washing resistance, low exhaust gas, and good chemical stability at high temperatures and normal temperatures.
