Exhaust Purification Three-Way Catalyst Ceramic Honeycomb Carrier 

Three-way catalyst (TWC) is made of cordierite honeycomb ceramics as the carrier, and rare earth composite oxide as the auxiliaries, adding trace precious metal (PD/PD /RH) after special coating process and sintering. The product makes full use of the coordination of precious metals and rare earth composite oxides, which is the oxidation/reduction of CO, HC, and NO_X in the tail gas, so as to convert them into non-toxic carbon dioxide, water, and nitrogen.
The three-way Catalytic Converter can eliminate 90% amount of the three main pollutants (hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide). A complete catalyzing reaction depends on the preserving degree of the mixed fuel on the small side of A/F (rate of air and fuel). When only the normal system of oxide sensor exerts its function, this A/F can be realized.

According to the vehicle required by the carrier standard is not the same, the carrier quality is not the same, can be divided into a (white carrier, does not have any exhaust filtration, just play a silencing role), euro two (adding rare earth complex) Euro three OBD (adding platinum, palladium) Euro four (adding platinum, palladium, rhodium) Euro five and other standards. You can choose different standards and quality according to your own car condition.
