Metal Sampler

The immersion sampler is immersed in molten iron, which enters a quasi-sampling mode under static pressure. Used to take samples from ladles, ladles, and torpedo cars.
When the sampler is inserted into the molten steel, under the action of static pressure, the molten steel breaks through the slag protective layer, passes through the inlet of the sampler, and automatically enters the sampling chamber. The alloying element content in the steel can then be analyzed by spectroscopic analysis.
